Motor vehicle license renewal system always offlin

Went to renew my motor vehicle license disk at Laudium Post Office and the lady tells me they have been offline for over 4 weeks??? I asked where else can I get it done and she said the only place is the traffic department! How is this convenient? Very disappointing!!!
