Motor Vehicle License

Today from 15:00 I spoke Mr. Letsoku Sepola about renewing my vehicle licence. He told me the person that deals with these types of queries Schoeman. Before I came there were 2 ladies. He came back at 15:40 pm. We were waiting for him not knowing when he was gonna back to us. He insists that he is from lunch but his direction was away from a mall. These guys were doing each other favours during working hours while customers have to wait without being attended.
