Motor vehicle licence **** by sa post office

I renewed my vehicle licence on the 2nd of feb. Status showed my payment was recieved and eventually changed to dispatching. My licence expires today 28th feb 2022 and til date havent recieved anything. I have logged mutiple tickets for some1 to contact me and no1 does.

Please can some1 assist to get sapo to give us our vehicle licences. They took my money and havent given my licence yet this seems like a big ****
