Most useless departments in the country?

<p>Parcel arrived in February from international and still dont have it.<br /><br />Contacted SA post office multiple times and after 4th time got told i should contact JIMC.</p> <p> </p> <p>Contacted them and after 3 weeks they responded to my mail, looping in the post office again.<br /><br />Another week later and they still havent even bothered to reply when asking for an update.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awesome customer service........</p>
