Most Unfriendly Staff
I went to the Menlo Park Post Office on Saturday and have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment before.<br> <br> ALL the staff were extremely unfriendly and did not even bother to greet me never mind smiling. <br> <br> I greeted the first staff member and asked if she was open and received the rudest, most unfriendly, unwelcoming \NO!"of my life.<br> <br> The lady who helped me eventually didn't even have the decency to greet me back and just grunted \""ID\"".<br> <br> What kind of world do we live in that we cannot even expect common decency from staff when you enter their place of work.<br> <br> I found it appalling and unacceptable"

Firstly we would like to extend my sincere apologies for an uncouth treatment experienced from one of our employees. The behavior of the person involved does in no way reflect the standard to which we hold our employees. While this was extremely unfortunate experience for you, this is not normal practice for the post office
We have escalated the matter to Consumer Services for corrective measures and an agent attending to the matter will contact you with possible feedback.
Once again, please accept our regret for the level of service experienced.
