Most PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!

I have been waiting for three of my boxes sent from Korea and arrived in SA. Apprently they where scanned into the JHB International Mail Hub on the 3rd August 2018 I am still waiting for them! I have tried calling JHB International Mail Hub to no avail as the phone number cuts off after holding for 4mins! This is the most pathetic service ever! How could this even be considered a service provider for the country when you don’t even deliver on what you are suppose to do! If anyone one from the post office give 2 ****s about actually doing g there job and not hind behind this excuse of a “backlog” that would be great. My parcel tracking numbers are the following IJ ********** 00ZA IJ ********** 56ZA IJ ********** 56ZA Would be shocked if I actually got any of my PERSONAL EFFECTS back!
