most pathetic service

<p>this package of mine reached south africa on the 19th and is yet to be delivered. after contacting every number and managing to only speak to people who know how to frustrate and annoy you more than helping you when trying to speak to a manager nothing works out. this service is utterly disgusting and embarrassing just like everything else in this country and no one keeps their word. i honestly wish that all people responsible for this come to what they deserve because this is supposed to be a service for the people making their life easier and wanting to help them, but no let us annoy them and tell them lies after being on hold for over 30 minutes and tell them that there is nothing that can be done you just have to wait another 2 weeks. this is ****ing pathetic and i also know that no one will respond to this.</p>
