Most *********** staff I have ever encountered

<p>I have an urgent letter that has been stuck at Jhb int Mail Center since 2016/08/29 08:50.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I have phone every number on their website either no one answers, cut you off, answers and just directs you to another person, or tells you they'll get back to you and never phone you back. I have spend over 12 hours just yesterday alone to have ONE person answer, promise me come high or low water they wil get back to me and never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have e-mailed easily 10 different people emails just get forwared back and forth and no one coming up with any type of solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has costed me almost R800 to get the document rewritten and couriered with DHL. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recommend EMS South Africa or the South African Postoffice's services to anyone. If you need to have anything remotely important delivered, use a courier, these people are beyond useless and all to lazy to do their jobs they are getting paid to do.</p>
