More Theft at ORT

I have complained, called and emailed these jokers several times in the last two weeks. I get the same answer - 'send the tracking number' - well *****s if I had a local tracking number we wouldn't be in this mess. My parcel WAS ******. I'm not expecting it back from you *******, I'm expecting adequate action on your behalf. Either find and deliver it to me or arrest the person/s who tole it. You clearly know who stole it as you are trying very hard to cover this all up! You are a really disgraceful bunch. I hope Post office goes bankrupt and you all lose your jobs - you don't deserve them. *****ing from small businessmen and not taking responsibility for that is typical

Hello cedarlane,

Thank you for your comment.

As explained by our customer services representatives at our contact centre, a valid traking number is required to help us locate your item. The number provided KS58381/13780F is not an nternational recognised tracking label . Please ask the supplier to request a correct tracking reference from the United States Postal Service so to enable us to assist you.

Regards,
Customer Service

Best regards,
