More than a month my parcel hasn't been delivered

my parcel hasn't arrived as the witspos made a mistake of sending my parcel to Ladysmith instead of Krugersdorp then Weltevreden Park post office. This has been going on since 1st of Dec 2015 and today it's the 6th of Jan 2016. Already wasted more than R700 in making calls to your call centers but sent from pillar to post. Track & trace no.
