More than 3 months and my parcel is still at JHB HUB

I've been trying to get answers from the post office of the whereabouts of my parcel. Its been more than 3months and still no one can tell me where the parcel is or when it will be shipped to me its been stuck in JHB Hub JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), In transit from the 14 of June 2018 its the 18 of September 2018 today and no response. Feeling anxious, have the post office lost it? Has it been ******?? What is going on? It is supposed to be send to New Zealand and it was gifts for my kids birthdays from their grandparents..
