Sandra Beukes is the worst manager.

The way in which you deal with your customers says everything about the type of person you are!

We ALL understand how serious COVID is and all our friends and family members would say that my fiancé and I are painfully pedantic about following all Covid regulations wherever we go.

We were standing next to each other whilst completing the license renewal form and Sandra came from behind and very rudely informed us that; 1. We may not stand next to each other (social distancing) and 2. Only 1 member of the family is allowed inside at a time.

There are A4 printed signs stuck around the post office, stating that everyone must sanitize, which we did, but nowhere near the entrance does is state that only 1 member per family are allowed inside - only at the counters!

We did not see the signs and apologise for not looking at the service counters before completing the form at the station right at the door. We most certainly do not mind following ANY rules or regulations set out by an establishment, because Covid is so serious, but Sandra was truly unprofessional and we were utterly disgusted by her.

When we complained about the way in which the situation was dealt with, Sandra also threatened my fiancé with the police because we were not complying to the rules, but once she so told us what there rules were, one of us immediately left the store.

This is also not the first time that we had an incident, specifically with Sandra. Last year my fiancé went on his own for the vehicle license renewal and again, Sandra came to the store front and was shouting at customers.

I have only read bad reviews about this post office and it very clearly makes sense that there is a serious management issue.

Thanks Sandra for being absolutely horrible.
