it took two days for a parcel to go from the north of the united kingdom to heathrow to or tambo .. now thats first world service for you .. months later it hasnt managed to travel the 10km by road to my local post office .. calling the post office is a waste of time as no one answers .. mailing customer services is a waste of time as no one answers .. to be honest the post office near me gives wow service by professional staff so this is merely a complaint at poor communication on your web site and poor timing in simple deliveries ..
