Months on - Backlog no excuse

Hello SAPO<br> Once again I have to write a review here for you. I have an international parcel which has spent 5 days in Customs and now 4 days back with the hub. It was a courier delivery from France and I am sure La Poste would be embarrassed to be associated with the equivalent of carrier pidgin speed. You can NOT use backlog as an excuse almost a year later. I have a feeling that excuse will be used for a few years to come...but guess what...no one believes you. Right now we all just see incompetence. So please contact me so I can secure information on what is an important delivery for me. <br> Thanks ... i still hope (in vain maybe) that SAPO can get back a reputation held a few years back, however my hopes dim somewhat.<br> sincerely yours,<br> another customer let down
