Months of waiting for SA post office.

I have been waiting for months for my parcel to be delivered. I can not believe the level of bad service from the SA post office and the JHB international mail center. My package has been in the country since 30th of June. It has recently been sent to wrong post office and is now back at the JHB international mail center. Phoning JIMC is impossible. Got trough once, spoke to Motlatsi and was told she would find my package and get back to me. That never happened. Phoned the post office a couple of times and mostly get told there is noting I can do. See tracking below:
