Missing Parcels since 2014
I order items from the USA in September 2014. It was shipped on the 3rd. I still have received nothing.<br> Every time I esquire I get the same reply it has not been scanned. I reordered the items and it was shipped on 17 December 2014. That parcel is also now missing. Also get the same reply.<br> <br> I can't get through on the phone and emails I get the same reply. How can I get my parcels?
