MISSING PARCELS, DISGRACEFUL LACK OF SERVICE!!!!!

I have had enough of poor service, or should I say NO service! One parcel seems to have evaporated into thin air. No one seems to know where it is and all the can say is \EISH"and shrug their shoulders. That was a par cel that was couriered with overnight sapo courier. It's been months now and NOTHING! Another parcel is lying in the Johannesburg's mail centre at customs for weeks now. I've tried at least a 100 different numbers with absolutely NO success! What's the point of having a 100 numbers and no-one answers them??????. This is as BAD as it gets!! No response"
