Missing Parcels

I’ve been waiting for an international parcel for the past month. Tracking number: RZ ********** 98GB My seller informed me that my parcel is in the country and is stuck at customs. However when I contact customs they inform me that they don’t have my parcel?!! How can that be, seller takes a max of 10 days to have the parcel delivered to the contry and yet the pathetic JIMC can’t even confirm where my parcel is. This is despicable as I ordered this in advance and now my due date is approaching and I desperately need my parcel!!! What kind of service delivery is this???
