Missing parcels
I ordered a machine part and a service manual from the US. Both parcels were dispatched from the US late November 2015. Despite many email enquiries I get no responses<br> <br> The international tracking numbers are:<br> LC***US<br> LN***US<br> <br> I am very worried about these 2 parcels as a third parcels despatched from China in Sept 2015 went missing. In the end I was told it had been sent back to the supplier, no notifications and with no explanation whatsoever.<br> <br> Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br> <br> Hans Hilzinger

16 Aug 2016, 18:58To cut a long story short. Both parcels where received by SA customs JHB International mail centre. The parcels were never dispatched from customs because they were never given local tracking numbers. The suppliers in both cases supp**** me with proof. Customs simply returned the goods to the suppliers. One supplier actually credited my credit card with the purchase price of the goods but not the postage fee. Thats how I know. So what the hell SA customs are doing at JHB international i have no idea !! But best you dont send anything to South Africa unless its via a reputable courier. Forget Royal mail and USPS. If you use these carriers and you actually get your parcel consider yourself extremely lucky. Some seriously ***** stuff happening at JohB international mail centre.
