Missing parcels

My International parcel arrived in SA 18 February 2022, cleared customs 3 March 2022. Then went to JMIC the central hub, which does not have a contact number. Based on the feedback from Lwandile Macanda from customer care the parcel was sent to Randhart post office 17 March 2022 (this post office has been closed for years, not sure why it is still on there system). So apparently it gets sent to Alrode post office, David Ranngu was also requested to confirm when last they received parcels on the 21 April 2022, still NO response. So where is my parcel, does anyone at PO know?
