Missing Parcel Since February

Hi<br> <br> I am expecting a mail letter from US (Chicago) since the 20th of February. Unfortunately because is has a LK tracking number its untrackable. it has arrived in SA on the 26th of March and it sitting at the JIMC as they have a backlog of these letters according to Maria.<br> When are they going to decide to sort this out and send it to my local post office (Sandton) so I can pick it up for collection.<br> <br> this is unacceptable service!!!!<br> <br> Please can someone be kind enough to assist me with my mail letter its been 4 months now
