MISSING PARCEL - RC 085 866 637 ZA

A consignment parcel was posted to us from a supplier in Houtbay - posted to Table View about a month ago. Tracking number RC 085 866 637 ZA. Neither the Post Office Manager, (Manie vd Merwe) at Big Bay Post Office Nor Joyce vd Merwe at Cape Mail can give us an answer as the whereabouts of our parcel. We've only heard excuses as to why the parcels are not delivered and what I've heard is not good at all. If the Post Office is going under, the parcels must have been accumulated at some distribution point.<br> We would like this matter resolved!! Where is our parcel??? Please assist. Thank You.
