Missing Parcel on route to Australia

On the 19th of October 2015 we sent a parcel containing baby accessories to Queensland Australia, and it is an International Insured Parcel with number VVV***. It is the 2nd of December already and all we can pick up is that it left Johannesburg on the 22nd of October 2015.<br> <br> To phone call centre is a total waste of time as they will attend to your call shortly and doesn't ever answer the phone.<br> <br> I want to know where the parcel is.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Daleen
