Missing Parcel... it just disapeared.

<p>My Local Post Office is dumbfounded, as they are unable to help me. It appears as if a package posted to me was lost and no one can find it. On the 29th of April a package was sent to me with a tracking number (the person who posted the package claims he posted it on the 26th already). It was supposedly sent counter to counter (although I cannot confirm this from my side). When tracking the package online it only shows the following info: </p> <p>Item Number: TC***ZA was last scanned on: 2016/04/29 at 00:01<br />Location last scanned: JHBNET<br />Currently has status of: COLL DOC<br />TRACKING<br />LINE TYPE DATE TIME BRANCH COMMENTS<br />1 COLL DOC 2016/04/29 00:01 JHBNET C***</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it unacceptable that no one knows where the parcel is. Also, what does the C*** in the comments box mean?</p>
