Missing Parcel CN***ZA

Hi.<br> One of my friend from South Africa sent ma parcel CN***ZA by Surface mail on 18th May 2015. Sa post office says it takes 8 - 12 weeks to deliver to destination which is Russia. But it has been 16+ weeks already but no news about it.<br> Tracking detail says EXPORT on 19th May 2015 and thats all. Many times contacted SA Post office but no positive reply.<br>
