Missing parcel and a bad attitude

I've been waiting for a parcel for three months now from America. The american tracking number shows the parcel booked in in Johannesburg 3 months ago. Every time I go to my local post office where the parcel ought to be delivered, they won't search for parcels according to my name or ID number, they claim that they can only search a tracking number. Headoffice however informed me that they should be able to search using my name, or post box, Garsfontein West just ignores me and say "ah sorry, I don't know"
