Missing parcel after it was send back to customs to re-evaluate.

SA Post office first notification said i must pay R392.06 tax or customs. Postaged was induced but be careful of than, look at the fine print of you order stuff from over seas. The cost of the parcel was about R400.00" , then centurion post office send it back for re-evaluation. After months hearing nothing i complain at the help line the said the parcel is back and i must pay now R110.51 That proves the parcel was send back to customs to re-evaluate. Centurion post office now say they did not received it back from customs yet and i must go in for the third time filling in a form to investigate.
