Missing Parcel

My Tracking number: RI***ZA<br> I have been given the run around and to date have still not received any information regarding my parcel. My calls are been avoided by Sipho Mashele and Calvin. My emails are not been responded to by Sipho Mashele and FIKILE Mkize. They had my parcel at the Jeppe str Post Office, they returned it as a mis-sort. JHB Int mail centre sent it to PRETORIA, yet the address and postal code is JHB!!! I live in the South of JHB and went to the JHB Intl. Mail centre to collect my parcel because i was tols that is was there - my trip was in vein - no parcel. Fikile emails my work address on Saturday morning at 3:51am!! to advise parcel in Pretoria. Why PRETORIA when the address is JHB!! my error was not to have the correct suburb which is Crown Mines, Selby noted down but PRETORIA!!???? <br> My purchase protection order expires on the 29th and these people do not respond to any form of communication. I have 8 more parcels to while for and if this is what I'm experiencing now, i dread to face 8 more problems. I would appreciate an urgent and effective resolution on my issue!!!
