Missing parcel

I have posted my parcel on 11/02/2020 in Cape Town to Pretoria by speed services couriers but till now my parcel has not been delivered which was to be delivered within 3 working days.

I tried to trace it using trace number but it's nowhere to be found, it is not showing where it is.
