Missing parcel

I ordered fishing shirts from an overseas company, EBay and order was confirmed 2/3/2020. The parcel was received by the Post Office in Johannesburg 8/9/10th March. I contacted the Johannesburg Post office, Rebecca on *** and provided them with the USPS number, UA 935 488 478 US. She confirmed receipt but informed me that a certain Bridget have to log it into the SA Post Office system. I was unable to speak to Bridget , ***, and left a message with Rebecca with a promise that Bridget will call me back. Nothing happened and then log down started I made contact again with Bridget Once the Post Office starting working again but were now told by Bridget that she cannot find the parcel number or the parcel

How can i get hold of my parcel as it was definitely received by the post office
