MISSING PARCEL!!!

Hi<br> <br> My sister sent me a parcel on 18 December 2014 from Macau China. It was apparently received by Randpark Ridge Post Office on 11 April 2015. I only received a final notice in the post on 15 May 2015. I didn't even receive a first or second notice. When I called Randpark Ridge Post Office to confirm whether my parcel was at their offices I was told that it was sent back to sender without her even checking the system. Jolene was very unhelpful and only after numerous phone calls did she then check on the system to confirm that the parcel was sent back on 13 May 2015. She told me to call Track and Trace to which I did and was advised by Richard at foreign dispatch that no parcel had been received by them. Their system does not show that the parcel was sent back to sender. I called Jolene again and she argued with me saying that my parcel was sent back. Once again she didn't bother checking to make sure that it wasn't maybe lying around. <br> <br> I would like a copy of the dispatch bill from Randpark Ridge as a matter of urgency as I would like to know where my parcel is.<br> <br> It is unacceptable that the staff in the Post Office can be so damn lazy and unhelpful.
