Missing parcel
According to my tracking number the parcel I was sending to the US was last logged as dispatched to the US on the 31 March. Since then it is missing and nobody can tell me where it is. The USPS tracking shows that the SAPO is preparing it to be dispatched and the SAPO said it was dispatched on a flight to America on the 31 March. I have tried phoning, emailing - no response at all. The tracking number is CN***ZA. I paid a lot of money to have this parcel delivered in 7 days and it is now a month later and it is missing
