Missing parcel

I'm still waiting for a parcel that was sent on the 21st of June 2018 and the last scan was on the 22nd June at Mthatha Hub. I still have not received it and no one seem to know where it is. SA post office must just close down and all those employees should sit at home and be unemployed because they not doing their jobs any way. Worst service ever
