missing parcel

Good day

I have ordered some items from Surprise Shopping, on the 6th of April 2018, I have paid for the items using online eft and I got a notification back to confirm that the received my order #79472. on the 9th of April 2018I received notification that my parcel has be shipped.

The problem is that I have not received my goods as yet, when I enquire with customs at JHB international they informed me that my parcel have not arrived but as per the tracking information my parcel have already arrived on the 17th of April. I have complained to the following email address but they do not responded with an answer and I am totally in the dark as to were my parcel is. ********** can you please assist or advice on how I can go about tracking my parcel
