Missing Parcel

I had disabled equipment sent to me from the United States, tracking number is HJ ********** 12US.

The last update I received was on the 19th April 2017 saying:

Your item departed a transfer airport in JOHANNESBURG INTL, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA on April 19, 2018 at 6:13 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Since then nothing, I have phoned Johannesburg International Mail Center numerous times and they cannot tell me anything. I have tried Cape Mail but they never answer.

Is there anyone who can help me find my parcel please?
