Missing Parcel

On January 29 I posted a parcel (containing Brazilian hair weave with closure worth R1500) to a friend in Durban, according to the tracking results it arrived the next day, but my friend waited for 5 says to go and check only to find out that there was no parcel, she was given only the cover of a parcel and was made sign for it only to be told that the parcel is no where in the post office. I am very disappointed with them, and it is not the first time that something I post via then never reach its intended destination.
