Missing parcel

<p>I bought a parcel from Japan a month ago. The parcel arrived in Johannesburg a week ago, however i was never advised when the parcel will be delivered to me. The parcel was delivered on the 1st of December, but i was not at the office to receive it. The delivery guy did not even bother to call me to let me know he had come to deliver. He advised reception that he will return the following week, this week..but he did not pitch. on the 2nd of December i track my parcel to check the status of my parcel- it says its in transit at jhb int mail centre, but it states that the parcel has been delivered. How if i did not sign for it? since this morning i have been calling the call centre, someone calls after about 20 attempts of dropped calls of 10 mins each- they then tell you the system is down so they cant check anything on the system. Then i decide to the nearest post office becuase apparently they drop them off there. They have not received the parcel. I then call jhb int centre again after countless drop calls.. they tell me the parcel has been delivered. </p> <p>I dont understand, does this company ***** people's parcel and make as though it was delivered? I need my parcel..i cant believe the headache im getting from trying to get my parcel. No one answers emails, the calls are unsanswered. why the hell is this company a delivery company?</p> <p>I so ****ed.</p> <p> </p>
