"Missing Parcel"

<p>I have had an international parcel at Jhb Internation Mail Centre since 4/10/2016. I have called their call centre ********** 000 multiple times a day every day since 7/10/16 only to be cut EVERY time after holding for 5 minutes. I have sent emails which never get responded to. How can one parcel be there for a month and a half? I need this parcel before 25/11/16 and it this rate I dont think I will ever get it. Tracking numbers are RK ********** 45CN and II ********** 41ZA. I got through to JIM once on 4/10/16 and was told by a total uninterested call centre agent that there is a back log and that it could take months before I get my parcel. This is absolute BS and I do not accept that. When will I get my parcel????????</p>
