Missing parcel??

<p>Had an item (Cj ********** 63us) sent from Utah, USA on 22September. Parcel arrived in Jhb on 27 September. It cleared customs on 12 October and missed a delivery on the 19th.. Now the parcel is missing and no one knows where it is... unexceptable!!!! I do not understand how it takes 5 days to get here from the states (over 15 000km) and a whole month to get from Jhb to Cape town!(just over 1500km). INCOMPETENCE!!!!</p>
