MISSING PARCEL
I am waiting for a parcel from Kong Kong for several months now.<br> The South African tracking number is RJ***ZA.<br> This parcel went missing at Tshwane mail hub on the 21st January and not seen since.<br> After several calls to costumers services and conversations with supervisors at this centre as well as the mail hub no info is available and not one off the staff has bothered to call back. All i was told is the parcel is missing.<br> I have filed the necessary inquiry form but no reply has been received.<br> The worst part is the Tshwane mail centre will not even discuss the issue.<br> All i want is the parcel.<br> Thank you<br> <br> Carlos Martins

RI***ZA was scanned at Tshwane mail centre on 21/01/2015 and there are no further records it. Kindly visit your local post office to log a manual enquiry so that an investigation may be conducted.
