missing parcel

<p>The incompitance of some people is shocking. I am waiting for a parcel from Australia. The tracking number shows that my parcel is in P.E. after NUNEROUS emails and phone calls no one seems the know where my parcel is. The one lady told me the parcel is at customs and I have to email my invoice. I have done this a week ago. Please Hello Peter. Help me find my parcel.
