Missing packages

Posted a gift on the 11th August 2020. Tracking shows it was received at Johannesburg international on the 27 August 2020. It's now well over a month in working days and nothing since. What a waste of a service. They don't answer the phone, emails go unanswered apart from CPT international which is very helpful but what can they do when the staff in Johannesburg refuse to answer the phone and no one answers the mails. The app works intermittently. Last time I'm using this service. They are pathetic and really make your life a living hell.
