Missing Package SA Post Office

Hi

I am waiting for a package i ordered on Amazon, the package has been at the South African Office of Exchange since 7/6/2018 9:09 AM. I am unable to get a hold of someone who can assist me with locating my package. The package should have been delivered to me in beginning of may.

The last time i contacted the Post office i was informed that there was a strike and that is why everything is delayed, this was two weeks ago.
