Missing Package

Where did my package go?

I ordered a spare part from US in February 2019, track number UM ********** 34US.

2019-02-13 16:57SOUTH AFRICA, JOHANNESBURG, Departed -> Your item departed a transfer airport in JOHANNESBURG INTL, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA on February 13, 2019 at 4:57 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

I never received it and no trace of my package. The US company shipped a second assignment, UM ********** 17US in April 2019
