Missing/****** package

My parcel tracking number says this ( The Delivery was said at the door, 2196, has been delivered, [has been proper], it has been appropriate 2023-12-13 10:20:00 ) only to find out from the nearest post office that they don’t have a sign of my package. It was cleared by the custom at or tambo and handled over to South African post office. I just want to know if this is another usual case of ******/missing package with people’s hard earn money? This is not fair if a government agency does this to its citizens.
