Missing International Parcels SA Post Office

Hi I have been waiting since April 2018 for my international parcels. I am to receive 2 parcels and it is 2 months already. No one is answering the phones. Copying Mark Barnes in all emails an twitter as well, and absolutely no response. This is concerning as the last time I had 3 parcels ******. I am scared that the same thing might happen again. They tell you your items are damage but when I went to their HUB there was absolutely nothing wrong with my item and I demanded that they give it to me. I work in the media industry and think we need to get them involved to find out what is happening in these places. It is not fair that our items are being held back or ****** and no one is doing anything about it. There is something going on because I never wait this long???? Please help!
