Missing in action/transit

I've been seeing a lot of complaints being answered or attempted to being answered, so thought I 'd give it a go to. A parcel was sent to me on 1 Sept 2014 from London, UK, and up until today I have received no notice to collect or anything from the post office. I have also been having trouble tracking this parcel. The tracking number is RU***GB. The parcel was addressed to me in Melrose Arch, so I presume Norwood post office would send out a collection notice when they receive the parcel.<br> Can someone please look into this for me and let me know if I ever will receive this parcel, where it got stuck and what i am to do.<br> Any help would be appreciated.
