Missing goods

I had 5 packages sent from China. Everything went well until it landed in Sa post office's hands. I have received 2 of the packages and the rest is "missing". I can say that SA post office has the worst service on the entire planet. No wonder SA post office is bankrupt. If at all possible, stay away from them.
