MISSED DELIVERY

I have checked on the tracking of my parcel....and low and behold, the last update states "Missed delivery/attempted delivery today" I did not receive an sms nor did I receive any phone call from the driver or the depot I have sent emails in this regard but no one has gotten back to me - hopefully I will get some sort of response on this platform
