Misplaced Parcel

I bought something from overseas and have tracking number and upon tracking my parcel saw that it landed in Kensington Post Office of which it was supposed to go to my nearest post office Highlands North Post Office. When I contacted Kensington Post Office I spoke to a lady named Dikeledi and was very helpful, went out her way to manually check my parcel to no avail. She told me to go to Highlands North Post Office and ask them to check for me because the parcel that had the South African tracking number I was given had someone name. Upon getting to Highlands North Post Office they told me they didn't have my parcel and I should contact International Mail Centre that I tried since last week with no luck as they don't answer their calls. Sent email to *** and a lady called Francinah responded notifying me that my parcel is at Kensington Post Office and since I've been trying to explain what Dikeledi at Kensington Post Office told me now she doesn't respond to my emails. Don't know how I'll get my parcel. Have all the correspondence email
